At the heart of my personal branding is the condor — a bold, minimalistic symbol inspired by my Colombian roots. The Andean condor, a national emblem of Colombia, represents freedom, perspective, and power. These qualities guide my creative process and reflect how I approach design: with vision, integrity, and a deep respect for narrative.

THE CONDOR

This project focused on developing a personal brand identity that reflects both my background and design philosophy as a designer. The goal was to create a logo that felt unique, memorable, and representative of my creative voice.

Design Challenge
The challenge was creating a personal logo that balanced professionalism with personality. It needed to feel modern and versatile while still representing my cultural roots and individuality.

Solution
I developed a minimal emblem inspired by the condor, a powerful symbol in Colombian culture that represents strength and perspective. By simplifying the form and pairing it with bold typography, the final mark creates a clean identity system that can be applied across digital, print, and portfolio materials.

Before arriving at the final design, I explored multiple concepts through hand sketches and early digital drafts. This process allowed me to experiment with different shapes, compositions, and symbolic elements.

Through iterative sketching, I refined the form of the emblem and explored ways to integrate strong geometric structure while keeping the mark simple and recognizable. These early sketches helped guide the development of the final logo and ensured the design remained intentional and balanced.

As part of my personal brand development, I created GSP (Gero Sports Productions) as a concept that reflects my passion for sports and sports media design. Growing up following different sports and teams, I’ve always been drawn to the energy, storytelling, and community that sports create.
